Obsession to… Production
I have ALWAYS enjoyed the process of creation. The process of building something new. AI has enabled me to take this obsession to… Production.
Currently Leading Product Design @ Syncari
AI × Design × Code
Journey from 2023 → Now
01
How it started
I got my hands on ChatGPT in early 2023 and haven’t stopped tinkering since. Roughly, it went like this.
2023
01
Ask better questions
I started treating AI as a thinking partner rather than an answer machine — and wrote about the skill that makes the difference.
2023 → 24
02
Widen the design toolbox
Research, synthesis, data analysis, ideation, imagery, video, UX flows, edge cases and critique.
Going from “I wonder…” to “let me try.”
2025
03
From designing to building
Lovable collapsed the gap between having an idea and shipping one.
I built my first Figma plugin, then two more.
2025 → 26
04
From “no-code” to actual code
Claude Code, Codex, Git, local LLMs, Raspberry Pi, agents and APIs.
Some useful, some ridiculous — all of it powered by Curiosity.
02
AI at work
At Syncari, the experiments became practice
Earlier, the handoff used to be a wall, Now it’s a choice.
Here’s how the new process kinda looks like…
When…
I…
The problem is still fuzzy
think it through with AI before designing
I want to show an interaction
skip static screens and prototype as a Claude Artifact
It’s a small, well-understood change
build it myself and raise the MR (Fun & Empowering ⚡️)
It touches the system or other teams
design in Figma and partner with engineering the classic way
Shipped with Claude Code
Not prototypes — design, implementation and production code, directly inside the Syncari codebase.
A small interaction, in one of our most important studio (from a Sales Perspective)
Designed directly in code

After
Design system – Laying the Foundation with Storybook
Designed in Figma, then shipped the production code and the Storybook setup for it.

Note
I still think like a designer, but now I can speak the language of implementation 🙂
03
Things I’ve shipped
Small products, tools and components — built with AI, and actually live.
Coming Soon 👀
A React Native app, built with Codex
First attempt. Taking an idea to a working mobile app (iOS + Android) — built end to end using Codex.
Mobile · NOT LIVE (YET)
04
Also exploring
Whenever I have a “what if?” thought, I try to build it instead of writing it down.
05
From a Product Designer to a Product Builder
06
One last thing
Where I AM
Being a designer, who can move fluidly between the traditional product development process
Where I’d like to head next
I’d love to work with teams, who are embracing this changing product development process…
